Just as a follow-up and in response to this thread—we’ve recently added some new syllabi and other instructional materials to the teaching section of the RHM site: http://medicalrhetoric.com/teaching/ A very big thank you to Rick Johnson-Sheehan for sharing his three examples, which are now included. If you’d like to contribute, please contact me at caw0103 at auburn.edu<mailto:caw0103 at auburn.edu>

I want to sincerely thank everyone who sent along course materials on writing in/for the health professions. These look like great classes!

The RHM and CPTSC folks do have initiatives underway in this area, but at the request of several listserv members, I've created a Google folder where we can facilitate sharing, at least for now. The link is https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/19jE7qXqeNXbZoNTy5pQa7pohFG04RD1H?usp=sharing

I don't believe anyone sent course materials to the entire listserv, so to start, the folder only contains my own stuff from MUSC. But if you'd like to share with everyone, you're welcome to. Anyone with the link can edit.

Dear hive mind:

I am surveying writing courses for students who are interested in, or currently studying, the health professions: medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physical therapy, healthcare management, dental hygiene, radiology tech, the whole gamut.

Do you teach such a course? Can you point me to a syllabus or course website? Please drop me a line off-list at madson at musc.edu<mailto:madson at musc.edu>.

Thanks so much!
