[ATTW-L] Certificate Program

Hi All-

I have been considering a change to our Technical Writing Certificate. Essentially, I want to make it completely online and more affordable. Several people have mentioned badges, but I am not very familiar with that. From what I have seen, it doesn't appear to carry a lot of weight in the job market. Has anyone implemented a badge system, or redone their certificate program? I'd love to hear some feedback.
