[ATTW-L] Technical Communication's new editor: Miriam Williams

Sam has been nothing short of amazing in guiding Technical Communication to produce articles of high quality and significant value to a wide audience! He has been generous with his time and gracious in his feedback to authors. He represents the gold standard for journal editors.
