The TTU Raider Rhetoric Society and Graduate English Society chapters invite you to attend a virtual viewing of The Emoji Story: A Documentary on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. CST. Please join us for this co-sponsored showing of Emojination Curator Jennifer 8. Lee’s award-winning production that celebrates emoji as a popular culture phenomenon.


Immediately following the viewing, Drs. Steve Holmes, Kellie Gray, and Lisa Phillips (TCR), along with Dr. Nick Bowman (CoMC), and second-year TCR PhD Student O.W. Petcoff will facilitate a brief discussion about emoji and will share facets of their emoji studies scholarship.
