Hi Everyone,

RHM Third Thursdays are informal discussions among members of (and those
curious about) the *rhetoric of health and medicine* community, *This Thursday,
*Mollie Stambler is hosting a Third Thursday on *balance, strategic
planning, and self-care*. Please join us Thursday, *November 17
from 3:30-5:00 pm ET. *

See the full schedule
<http://medicalrhetoric.com/third-thurs-fall22/>for *Zoom
access* information. Here is the description:

"It's November, are we all overwhelmed yet (or still, or again)? Life-work
balance and self-care are crucial to our own wellbeing, but often they can
be elusive. Come join us and chat about strategies for working toward
balance and making time for self-care (whatever that looks like for you).
An example strategic plan/planning process will be shared, but we welcome
and need your ideas and insights too so come share what's worked for you
(or not) and together we can think through strategies for improving our own
life-work balance and self-care. And as always, we can talk about whatever
is on people's minds, including just informally chatting about our favorite
recipes or activities for the wide variety of upcoming holidays this year
(which Mollie says counts as self-care!)."

This semester's Third Thursdays are organized by the CCCC Medical Rhetoric
Standing Group <http://medicalrhetoric.com/about-2/cccc-standing-group/>.
