[ATTW-L] Warnings regarding OceanGate Titanic Mission (NYTimes)

The NY Times published a story yesterday on warnings that OceanGate (the
company that owns the missing submersible) was given regarding the
possibility for trouble with their Titanic Mission. I've attached a PDF of
the article, which is titled "OceanGate Was Warned of Potential for
‘Catastrophic’ Problems With Titanic Mission"
