My department at Georgia Southern is hiring a faculty member in
professional and technical writing with interests in AI, emerging
technologies, UX, content creation, digital/data storytelling, and/or media
studies. We're open to folks doing interdisciplinary work to join our
multi-disciplinary department of English. Here's the position description:

Georgia Southern University’s Department of English invites applications
for an Assistant Professor of English in Professional Writing and Media
Studies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate academic interest in emerging
technologies/generative AI. Preference will be given to candidates with
backgrounds in user experience, content creation, data analysis, linguistic
methods, science writing, data or digital storytelling, digital humanities,
