<p class="xmsonormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#212121">The Department of English and Languages has an opening for an Assistant Professor of Technical Writing. This is a tenure track position with a 4/4 load for a technical
writing specialist. The successful candidate will be able to teach introductory and advanced undergraduate technical writing courses and graduate courses in technical and professional communication in face-to-face and online settings. PhD in technical communication,
technical writing, or professional communication and ability to teach proficiencies in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other software are required. Individuals who can also teach first-year composition and sophomore literature are encouraged to
apply. Only applicants with a Ph.D. in hand by the time of the January 1 appointment will be considered.</span><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
