<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;color:black">The Department of Communication and Media at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute invites applicants for a 3-year, full-time lectureship in Writing beginning in May or August 2022.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our expansion in the area of public communication about science and technology and, more specifically, the rhetorical, political, and ethical dimensions of discourse on health and the environment.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;color:black">Applicants must have a PhD, EdD, or foreign degree equivalent in Writing or a closely related area and evidence of successful collegiate level teaching prior to their appointment.
Responsibilities will include teaching three courses per semester and pursuing an active research trajectory.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
