<p>The Department of Technical Communication & Interactive
Design at Kennesaw State University is looking for a 9-month
Limited-Term Instructor / Assistant Professor of Technical
Communication. The position begins August 2022.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b><br>
The selected candidate will be asked to deliver 5 sections per
semester of primarily TCOM 2010: Technical Writing. A fully online
teaching schedule will be offered. Faculty will work with a wide
variety of students from diverse backgrounds.<br>
<br>
<b>Required Qualifications</b><br>
Limited Term Instructor – a Master’s degree, or the foreign
equivalent, in Technical Communication or a closely related field<br>
Limited Term Assistant Professor – a terminal degree, or the
foreign equivalent, in Technical Communication or a closely
related field</p>
<p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><br>
Prior teaching experience with undergraduate or graduate students<br>
Evidence of teaching and working with a culturally and ethnically
diverse community<br>
Experience teaching 100% online or hybrid courses<br>
