 writing assignments that authors have used in their classrooms, each 
accompanied by a short essay (approximately 2,500 words) reflecting upon
 the assignment's development, delivery, successes, and challenges. The journal is peer-reviewed and completely open access.<span></span></p>

 this special issue, we seek to spotlight assignments from both 
undergraduate and law school faculty who aim to support students in the 
transition to law school. Submissions could include assignments that 
either broadly or narrowly prepare students for this transition. We 
would welcome submissions that highlight assignments that creatively 
engage with the law outside traditional genres.<span></span></p>
