space for collaborative, interdisciplinary, and community-based research and grant opportunities.

teaching load would be 3/2, with further teaching reductions possible for administrative service or by way of negotiation. We hope that our entire college is on a 2/2 in the next year or two. This position is a 10-month appointment with opportunities for summer
teaching. The base salary we were given is 70K, but this is a starting point. The Dean and Provost expect negotiations and are motivated to have this search succeed.<br>
