<p class="MsoNormal">The Department of Biomedical Engineering and Mechanics (BEAM) at Virginia Tech invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position at the instructor or collegiate assistant professor level to lead communications programs
for BEAM undergraduate students in design and research with consideration to a range of platforms (e.g. papers, presentations, graphic design, materials for conferences, etc…), audiences, and settings. This individual will also contribute to student professional
development (such as job application portfolios and interview skills) and pedagogical practices of the department and have the opportunity to contribute to existing coursework in engineering design and practice and collaborate in the department’s efforts in
enhancing experiential learning opportunities for students pending if the individual has technical and/or engineering background.<o:p></o:p></p>
