I’m writing to share the news that the WAC Clearinghouse has several openings for book series editors and associate editors. Detailed information is found below. For full consideration, please apply before December 4, 2023.</p>

<b>Editor and Associate Editor, Practices & Possibilities Book Series</b></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt; font-family: "Calibri", sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">
The Practices & Possibilities book series addresses the full range of practices within the field of writing studies, including instructional practices, research methodologies, and professional practices. We seek an editor and one or more associate editors for
the series. The successful candidates will join a collegial team of editors who meet monthly to discuss submissions and reviews of book proposal and manuscripts and to discuss and set the overall direction of the series. You can learn more about the series

is a publishing collaborative that offers open access to a wide range of scholarly and pedagogical materials in writing instruction and writing across the curriculum. More than 200 scholars from six continents volunteer their time and expertise to serve as
journal and book series editors, editorial staff, peer reviewers, and editorial board members. The Clearinghouse website is widely regarded as the leading resource supporting the writing-across-the-curriculum community. The Clearinghouse supports the publication
of articles and books, provides a wide range of web-based resources for instructors who wish to use writing in their courses, and supports research in the use of writing to support learning and teaching. In the past year, the Clearinghouse recorded more than
3.4 million visits to the site and saw more than 3 million documents downloaded (primarily books, book chapters, and articles). </p>
