<b>Visiting Future Faculty</b> (VITAL) program, a four-day program that brings outstanding doctoral scholars from all disciplines and from around the country to UB. As a part of our 2024 cohort, participants will be flown to UB and spend 4 days being introduced
to some of the people and places that make UB and our programs so amazing. Participants have the opportunity to participate in departmental seminars, meet with faculty (future colleagues) and students, and learn more about UB and its approach to research and
innovation. </span></div>
