[ATTW-L] Recommendations on usability/UX software?

Usedtabe, the standard answer was Morae, but you don't really need that 
much firepower. I recently spoke with a UX pro who recommended 
GoToMeeting. It works on desktop, tablet, and mobile; you can record the 
user's screen while viewing the stream on your own computer; and the 
program outputs MP4 files. Plus, the pricing is reasonable; the basic 
version is $14 a month, and the "pro" version with unlimited recording 
is $29 a month.
