Dear All,

Please join us for RHM Third Thursdays, which are informal discussions
among members of the rhetoric of health and medicine community. The first
one of the semester is *Thursday, September 15 from* *3:30-5:00 pm ET. *Here
is the full info:

*Facilitator*: Lisa Melonçon

*Topic*: Course Design in RHM

*Description*: Do you see course design as some magic box that you don’t
know the secrets to? Have you wondered where those learning outcomes come
from? How do you know when you’re trying to do too much or too little when
course planning? These are some of the driving questions we’ll work to
answer through a hands on discussion or purposeful course design. Handouts
included. And as always, there will be time for questions and answers about
our general topic or whatever is on your mind.
