Dear Colleagues,

The team at *RHM Journal* is excited to share a new issue with you!

In their introduction titled “Celebrating Unexpected Research Questions,”
co-editors Kim Hensley Owens and Cathryn Molloy consider the importance of
promoting “a culture curiosity, support, and advice as a response to
unexpected research questions” in RHM and underscore the value of questions
that are “shaped and nurtured as they evolve into answers and valuable
contributions to our field.”

Within this issue, you will find research articles on pandemic rhetoric and
policy, cultural appropriation and neohealthism, and illness chronicity and
mental health, a dialogue on public health celebrities during COVID-19, a
sneak peek into the new Graphic RHM column, book reviews, and more from
authors Lisa Keränen, Branden Ingersoll, Aishwarya Krishnamoorthy, and
Meghan Cosgrove; Stacey Overholt and Amanda M. Friz; Ellen Defossez;
Colleen Derkatch, Kristin Kondrlik, Hua Wang, and Beck Wise; KC Councilor;
S. Scott Graham; and Brittany Smart.

The full issue can be found at
