If you are looking for a sample of technical communication related to ethics and AI, consider the “Student Guide to AI Literacy” composed by the MLA-CCCC Task Force on Writing and AI.  The guide is available at https://hcommons.org/app/uploads/sites/1003160/2024/11/Student_Guide_AI_Literacy.pdf and identifies seven criteria of a literate user of AI, including knowing how it operates, how to evaluate its output, and how to recognize its potential perils.
