*Position Announcement: Assistant Professor in Professional Writing and
Cultural Rhetorics (tenure-track) at Colorado State University*The
Department of English at Colorado State University seeks applicants for a
tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor of Professional Writing and
Cultural Rhetorics. We especially encourage candidates who have cultivated
an active commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, social and
environmental justice, anti-racism, culturally sustaining practice, and/or
access/ibility within their research, teaching, and service programs.
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate an active research
and teaching program at the nexus of professional writing and cultural
rhetorics.

This is a tenure-track, 9-month appointment beginning August 16, 2025. The
successful candidate will teach two courses per semester. Post-tenure there
is an expectation that the successful candidate will serve a term/s as a
