Chair
Submit the annual report after the CCCCs annual meeting
Submit the business meeting proposal each year
Lead and organize the business meeting at CCCCs
Serve as the point person/spokesperson for the group
Communication Officer
Post relevant notices to all communication channels, including the website
Take minutes at the annual meeting
Assist in the planning of activities at the annual conference
Graduate Student Representative (1 open position)
Plan and facilitate Third Thursday meetings
Assist in the planning of activities at the annual conference
Sit on the committee for standing panel selection
Provide insight into graduate student concerns

These are two-year positions, so those elected will serve from 2025-2027. If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else (just make sure they are willing/able) for one of these roles, email Kristin LaFollette, MRSG Associate Chair, at klafollett at usi.edu by Thursday, May 1. We will then contact nominees for a brief statement (indicating interest, experience, etc.), which will be included in the voting form. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Kristin or anyone currently serving on the MSRG!
