I’m excited to announce a call for proposals for a new collection, Effective Teaching of Technical Communication: Theory, Practice and Application (https://goo.gl/KRBbHs<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__goo.gl_KRBbHs&d=DwMF-g&c=eLbWYnpnzycBCgmb7vCI4uqNEB9RSjOdn_5nBEmmeq0&r=joiTvklFutxroLcGNt-8Hw&m=F73OTJmR8fIjCDI1jP4aa2HfXAJxIHqPUfRU-aQvuz0&s=P4sAX3yXsIjPE50sggjEcwfYgqA_IeeXU8dAibY-L28&e=>).
This volume will address topics of theory, practice, and application that Staples and Ornatowski's Foundations of Teaching Technical Communication (1997) grappled with 20 years ago, as well as the changes that have accompanied the growth of the field and have required revisiting foundational approaches, theories, and pedagogies for preparing technical communicators today.
