[ATTW-L] Book Recommendations

I expanded the previous list and placed it in a Google Sheets document for
everyone. You can add and edit items on it if you wish. Right now, I am
sitting on 300 titles in tech/prof/business writing ranging from 1971-2019.
I've limited it to not include works that are textbooks or handbooks.
