[ATTW-L] new roles library student assistants

Hi!


I need your advice...Our library is transitioning to a '21st century' library--no reference desk; it is being replaced with a writing center and  inter active media areas. As our student employees 'man' the reference desk, they are 'obsolete'...What do '21st century' library student employees do?
