The ProComm 2023 (Ithaca, NY July 17-20th, 2023) submission link is now live on EasyChair<https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=procomm2023>.  You can find all the information you need about the conference at our conference website,<https://attend.ieee.org/procomm-2023/> including the full Call for Proposals<https://attend.ieee.org/procomm-2023/call-for-proposals/>.
