[ATTW-L] "Focus" Submissions

Dear Colleagues,

Just a reminder to keep "Focus" of Programmatic Perspectives, the journal of the Council of Programs in Technical and Scientific Communication, in mind as you plan your writing projects.

This feature of Programmatic Perspectives offers great opportunities to comment and analyze current programmatic trends and topics salient for technical communicators, teachers of technical writing, and program directors.

Following is a description of "Focus" pieces:


Submissions should be in the form of short and timely articles that fall between the traditional research essay and the purely journalistic piece and are, including references and works cited, a maximum length of 2500 words.


In being short and timely, “Focus” articles showcase past curricular achievements, spotlight current curricular issues, anticipate future programmatic and curricular trends, and anything in between.


Submissions may be sent to Dr. Joseph Jeyaraj (joseph.jeyaraj66 at citytech.cuny.edu).
