[ATTW-L] Materials on Teaching Research Methods in TPC

I’m going to be teaching a course on research methods in technical and professional communication targeted at undergraduates. Are there any textbooks or materials (e.g., readings, syllabi) that people might recommend or share in this area, particularly materials that emphasize qualitative inquiry into organizations, communities, and cultures? Note I’m also interested in materials intersecting with design/design thinking, UX, XA, and HCI.
