[ATTW-L] technical report on inclusion at the Oscars

If you are looking for a timely and engaging example of a technical report on the subject of inclusion, consider Inclusion at the Academy Awards® Over Time, which examines gender and race/ethnicity of 13,253 nominees in 19 artistic and technical categories from 1929 to 2023.

For example, the report finds 17% of nominees and 16% of winners were women and 6% of nominees and winners were from communities of color.

The report also considers the eight-year period following #OscarsSoWhite and addresses the disparities among communities of color.
