Dear Colleagues:

*Technical Communication and Social Justice (TCSJ) welcomes new submissions
for a new general issue (to be published at the start of 2024). To read
more about TCSJ's journal, scope, and purposes, please see TCSJ's about
page here: https://techcommsocialjustice.org/index.php/tcsj/about
<https://techcommsocialjustice.org/index.php/tcsj/about>*

We accept submissions of research articles, experience reports, creative
interventions, reviews, and special issue proposals. To read more about
these types of submissions, as well as how to submit, please see *TCSJ*'s
submission instructions here:
https://techcommsocialjustice.org/index.php/tcsj/about/submissions

For consideration in the early 2024 issue, please submit your work by *Dec.
31, 2023.*

Additionally, we plan to include a special section in the early 2024 issue
dedicated to accounts of removed anti-racism/DEI/social justice statements.
Please read more about these submissions here:

Recent events in state legislative and academic contexts have recentered
the challenges of social justice efforts in many academic institutions.
Such challenges have impacted the level of support for DEI objectives and,
in some cases, led to the removal of antiracism statements crafted by
faculty in various academic units. *TCSJ* is interested in publishing
accounts of the ongoing removal and/or censorship of anti-racism, DEI, and
social justice-related statements from university websites as well as
corporate sites. If you are the author or co-author of such a statement,
and would be interested in *TCSJ *hosting the full text of the statement
along with a brief account of its composition and history, please email a
short proposal (a paragraph is fine) to Mike Duncan, Managing Editor, at
meditor at techcommsocialjustice.org. You can find more details and the full
website for *TCSJ* here: https://techcommsocialjustice.org/index.php/tcsj
/announcement/view/4

Thank you!

All the best,
Erin Trauth, Ph.D.
Assistant Editor, *TCSJ*
