Dear colleagues:
We are seeking a contributor to the Routledge Handbook of Scientific Communication (under contract with Routledge; projected publication date: 2022) on the topic of letters to the editor and commentaries as specific genres of scientific communication. The chapter (up to 5,000 words) may take a historical or theoretical perspective, or focus on a case study. We had a late withdrawal from the project, and we need a relatively quick turn-around for this—by December 15th at the latest. If interested, please submit inquiries and/or an abstract of up to 200 words to editors.rhsc at gmail.com<mailto:editors.rhsc at gmail.com>. Editorial team: Cristina Hanganu-Bresch, Mike Zerbe, Gabriel Cutrufello, Stefania Maci.

Thank you,

Cristina Hanganu-Bresch
