Our ATTW virtual conference is coming up soon on June 10-12th, 2024. We are also preparing to launch our ATTW elections in just a couple of weeks. To participate in the conference and/or the elections, you will need to be an ATTW Member. This is a friendly reminder to please renew your membership as soon as possible.
Membership and Voting
Your membership to ATTW includes a subscription to Technical Communication Quarterly (TCQ) and a vote in the upcoming officer elections in June 2024. We are also developing the membership portal to include members-only access to ATTW archival documents and other valuable content. ATTW Virtual Conference 6/10-6/12
We are excited to host our 2024 virtual conference, “Building Community and Coalitions through Liberatory Pedagogies in Technical Communication.” We have a packed program filled with inspiring sessions, meetups, and opportunities to recognize and honor our members.

  1.  6/10: The conference will begin on Monday, June 10th, at 8 a.m. PST/ 9 a.m. MST/ 10 a.m. CST/ 11 a.m. EST with opening remarks from ATTW President Dr. Natasha Jones and Conference Team. The day will continue with 3 concurrent sessions and a meetup for international scholars.
  2.  6/11: Day 2, Tuesday, June 11th, will include 4 concurrent sessions, a keynote by Dr. Michelle Eble from East Carolina University, and a meetup for the ATTW Graduate Student Committee.
  3.  6/8: Day 3, Wednesday, June 12th, will consist of 3 concurrent sessions, as well as an In Memoriam session, where we will take time to honor dear members of the ATTW community whom we have sadly lost this year. We will conclude the conference with our awards reception at 3 p.m. PST/ 4 p.m. MST/ 5 p.m. CST/ 6 p.m. EST.
