[ATTW-L] Editing textbook

Thanks for starting this conversation, Elisabeth, and thanks to everyone
else who has contributed.
If the Rude/Eaton update isn't possible, I would also be interested in
developing an OER textbook for editing courses. I teach one editing course
that has been limited by the lack of affordable texts and instructional
resources. If anyone organizes an effort to leverage our expertise and
efforts, I would be happy to help out.
